We offer Shipping Insurance to protect your package against any lost or damaged shipments. For any issues reported, we will help to resolve your problems immediately.

All customers should contact us (info@stylitem.com) before returning any item(s). Stylitem.com will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance. When contacting stylitem.com please include the following information.

When will i receive my order??

Estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 3-5 business days

Canada: 5-10 business days

World: 10-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

Which countries does Stylitem.com ship to??

We can send to almost every country on earth.

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Important! Due to Australia’s laws on importing wood products, we do not ship canvases to Australia.

How much will shipping cost??

Where is my order??

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at info@stylitem.com noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.

When your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address. The tracking number is normally available within the next few days of dispatch.

Once we provide you with the tracking number, you will be able to check the item delivery status online by accessing the website of the relevant delivery company.

The tracking information normally appears after 2-3 business days following dispatch. If a tracking number is not searchable after this period of time, there are several possible causes.

The shipping companies have not updated the delivery information on the website with the most up-to-date status; the tracking code for the package is incorrect; the parcel has been delivered a long time ago and the information has expired; some shipping companies will remove the tracking code history.

What is your return policy??
  • All customers should contact us by Customer Service Express (info@stylitem.com) before returning any item(s). Stylitem.com will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance. When contacting stylitem.com please include the following information
    • Photos of the front and back of the packaging envelope or box
    • Partial shipment slips (if applicable)
    • Photo, video, screenshot, or description of the defective item
    • Photo, video, screenshot, or description of the defect or defective area
  • Please keep all packaging material and partial shipment note(s) as they’re needed for returns. After mailing back the products, please be sure to provide us the tracking number of the returned package, if there is no tracking number available, a picture of shipping receipt is necessary. If neither of them can be provided, we might have to hold processing for you until the package arrives at our warehouse which may take one to two months, please kindly note.
  • If possible, please make sure you have checked the package contents before you sign for it. In case of damage or empty, please refuse to accept it and contact us. Once you sign for the item, you are signing acceptance of the integrity of all products as is and CANNOT refute the charges for the empty package.
  • Please remember to include a note in your package indicating the following details:
  • your order number;
  • SKU numbers returned and quantity;
  • A short description of the problem(s) of the defective item(s). This note will help expedite the processing time for you.
  • Stylitem reserves the right to make changes and/or improvements to this policy. Any changes will be updated on the forum/Policy Page/HELP section to keep the customers informed.
